Hampton Roads Regional Infrastructure Training System (HRITS) program remains available. Through the Hampton Roads Regional Infrastructure Training System (HRITS), a limited pool of training funds is available to help eligible participants earn industry-recognized certifications in high-demand fields such as advanced manufacturing, information technology, and clean energy. Participants may receive up to $2,850 in tuition assistance
